Return Policy:
Returns or exchanges will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made if an electrical malfunction is present at the time the product is received. In such cases, customers must contact AP3LAB immediately upon delivery to report the issue. Products that show signs of installation, use, or modification are not eligible for return.
AP1 Pre-Order Returns (Before delivery 2026): Pre-order cancellations are accepted anytime before shipment. A 9% restocking fee will apply to all pre-order cancellations or returns.
Return Instructions: Email support@ap3lab.com to request return authorization. Include your order number or receipt in your request. Ship the item using the return instructions we provide. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived electrically defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
